As the CEO & President (owner/founder) of Lionheart Property Management Inc, Shane Haskell is responsible for the day-to-day operations. With several years’ experience in the financial, marketing, project management and real estate industry, comes a great amount of passion for industries he serves. Shane holds a General License (OCLM) with CMRAO, is the Principle Condominium Manager (PCM) for Lionheart Property Management Inc, a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) with ACMO and a Leader of The Condominium Institute (LCCI). Lionheart is also an ACMO2000 organization. Shane is a member of the Discipline Committee of CMRAO, and volunteers on various other Committees such as the Board of Directors (President 2021-2023, Past President 2023-2025), Communication and Marketing committee of the London Property Management Association and Marketing committee along with Chair of the Marketing committee of CCI-Toronto. Shane founded Lionheart Realty Brokerage in 2023, serving as President and licensed Realtor®.
